7. No Guarantee of Results

llMavens does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, leads, conversions, or performance results of any kind. Results depend on factors outside our control, including user actions and market conditions.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by llMavens are the exclusive property of llMavens LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, llMavens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
